You can request the refund of a SEPA Direct Debit payment until 13 months after the payment date, if you think the payment was unauthorised or incorrect.
A payment is incorrect
- if the payment data contain errors and result in a different payment than the one intended
- the same payment data are used more than once and you thus pay the same amount more than once
- other similar errors occur.
