We are ready to help you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, if you have questions or problems with your card. If you lose your card, it is stolen or you suspect that it has been abused, please contact us immediately 

Has your card been stolen?
If you lose your card or it is stolen, you must contact us immediately. You can either:

  • call us on +45 70 20 70 20  
  • or block your card using Card overview under Overviews in Danske eBanking.

If your card is stolen, you must report it to the police.

Do you suspect fraudulent use of your card?
If you suspect that fraudulent transactions are made with your card, you must:

  • call us immediately on +45 70 20 70 20 to block your card or block you card in your Danske eBanking
  • complete and submit a dispute form via danskebank.dk/carddispute
