Your browser can not be used  with e-Safekey

Use Internet Explorer as browser for your eBanking.
You are using a browser to access eBanking, which is not working with the e-Safekey. To log on to eBanking, select Internet Explorer as browser. To find Internet Explorer, select Start> All Programs> Internet Explorer.

It is not necessary to select Internet Explorer as default browser, but you must use it, when you want to log on to eBanking with e-Safekey.

Maybe your default browser is changed by the update "Browser choice" from Microsoft. Read more about free browser choice on Microsoft's website.

New password for eBanking offers new opportunities.
In the second half of 2010 we will replace your current access, e-Safekey with NemID. NemID gives you access to for instance Danske eBanking, skat.dk, borger.dk and other websites that have joined NemID. You will receive a message in eBanking, when you shall switch to the new solution. This will happen automatically.

Once you have NemID, you will be able to choose which browser you want to use for eBanking.
